Realisation

it's funny how you can go months and just forget it all
and then you find it again
and it shocks you, even though you know it shouldn't, because you already know the truth, the feelings.
so you sit there playing the same song, over and over again on repeat, staring, losing yourself in those same feelings
but this time
you don't completely lose yourself within it, this time you can pull yourself out of it
and it upsets
to know that it will always be there
but now you know
it's okay
so you smile
and move on
until you find that place again.
